St. Patrick's Day is celebrated every year on March 17, and in New York City they throw the wildest party of all, with the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade in full swing. It's the world‘s oldest civilian parade, and the largest in the United States. The jaunty procession is an excuse to go Gaelic, shamrock up, and pay your respects to Ireland's most celebrated patron saint, NYC style.
